Payment and shipment

The following conditions apply:

Delivery conditions

Shipping costs (excluding VAT)

For deliveries within Germany (mainland) as well as the United Kingdom (mainland), we do not charge shipping costs.

Shipping by parcel:
For parcel deliveries (via DPD) to the following countries, we do not charge shipping costs*: Austria, Switzerland, Luxembourg, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark.

For parcel deliveries (via UPS) to the following countries, shipping costs amount to €10.00 (excl. VAT)*: Italy, Spain, Sweden, Portugal, Ireland, Finland, Czech Republic, Greece, Slovenia, Slovakia, Estonia, Romania, Poland, Latvia, Hungary, Croatia and Lithuania.

* Prices apply to deliveries to mainland addresses. Deliveries to German islands incur an island surcharge of €15. Deliveries to islands in the rest of Europe incur an island surcharge of €30.

2-person delivery service:
For freight deliveries, we optionally offer a “2-person delivery service” in the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Poland, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark, France, United Kingdom and Spain.

This service includes delivery to the place of use, unpacking, and disposal of packaging materials. This service is carried out by an external service provider (carrier).

The cost for this service is €300 net plus the applicable VAT of the destination country.

Please note: The 2-person delivery service is only available in the countries listed above and is charged in addition to the regular shipping fee. The stated price applies exclusively to mainland delivery addresses. Additional surcharges apply for island deliveries. Please contact us in advance at anfrage@flammkraft.com.

International deliveries:

Zone 1: Austria, Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Poland, Czech, France, German Islands.
Zone 2: Spain, Portugal, Italy, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia.
Zone 3: Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Greece (mainland), Ireland.
Zone 4: Bulgaria, Romania, Corsica, Sicily, Spain (Balearic islands)
Zone 5: United Kingdom

The stated price applies, unless explicitly defined otherwise within the shipping zones, exclusively to mainland delivery addresses. Deliveries to islands incur additional surcharges, which are available upon request. Please contact us in advance at anfrage@flammkraft.com

Delivery times

If you order several items from us as part of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will dispatch the goods in a joint consignment unless agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the consignment as a whole.

In the case of payment in advance by bank transfer, the time limit for delivery begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the time limit. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

Delivery of our grills and outdoor kitchen modules is curbside on a pallet. All units are fully assembled and can be easily separated for transport.

More details on payment

Payment by invoice is only for companies and public authorities.

The invoice amount must be settled within 14 days in the case of payment on account.
